Paulding Emerging Professionals
Young leaders who wish to increase their professional, civic and social networks and make Paulding County an excellent place to work and live. Monthly programs provide educational speakers on different topics and seasoned professionals to mentor the emerging professionals.

Small Business Alliance
A group of diverse business owners, committed to creating a CEO sanctuary embodied by mutual trust, loyalty, and feedback. Freely sharing expertise to enable other members to nurture the growth of their entrepreneurial spirit through advice, accountability, education, support and solutions, leading to individual and joint success. 4th Thursday of each month at the Chamber office beginning at 8:30AM.

Empowering Women
Program designed to support professional relationships to women in Paulding County. This program provides opportunities to empower, education and enrich women leaders to achieve their full potential. Quarterly Programs and Annual Leadership Conference

Ambassador Program
The program consists of committed members who have a good understanding of the benefits and services available to our members. The Ambassadors assist with promoting the advantages of being a member of the Chamber of Commerce to the business community and are an important element in welcoming our new members. This select group of 25 are chosen based on their commitment and volunteerism to the Chamber.

Leadership Paulding
Leadership Paulding’s purpose is to provide emerging leaders with a greater awareness of and participation in community issues, needs, services and resources. The program accepts twenty to thirty individuals each year who have been identified as leaders possessing a sincere commitment to making our community a better place in which to live and work. Monthly meeting covers various aspects of Paulding County from education to economic development. Participants also represent the diversity of the county in terms of occupation, profession, sex, race and geographic area. Nominees are selected from large and small businesses, the professions, government, public service and community volunteers.

AT&T Governmental Affairs Committee
The Chamber is the voice of business in Paulding County. Working at the local, state or federal level, the Chamber works for business advancement by building relationships with local officials, legislators and congressmen. Our focus on regional issues like water and transportation will positively impact our community long into its future. The committee establishes a State and Federal Legislative Agenda each year and organizes a Washington Fly-In for its members to visit with Federal Officials on issues affecting business in Paulding County. Hosted at the Paulding Chamber on the 4th Tuesday of the Month beginning at 8:00AM.
